Users of the platform can be consumers or professionals, who sell or bid to be put in contact. Each user of the Platform thus indicates his status at registration, this status being apparent to other users interacting with him.
Our bidding rates are indicated on the Platform and are reminded before each bidding process.
The payment of our commission is made via a payment service provider, our partner Stripe.
Load & Pay strives to offer the most elaborate framework of trust possible, especially for the registration of sellers, the knowledge of the vehicles or the details of the information given. However, it is up to the buyer to take all necessary precautions during the act of purchase itself, independent of the site, it being understood that Load & Pay provides no insurance or financial guarantee of any kind.
As such, Load & Pay can in no way be held responsible for the consequences of operations (sales, disputes, etc.) that would occur after the connection or outside the site and will not intervene on this occasion.
Any dispute related to the Terms and Conditions of Load & Pay and therefore the services provided (connections, etc.) may be subject to a mediation process (for more information on this subject, see our Terms and Conditions).
On our platform, the offers of the sellers are classified in chronological order, alphabetically and according to the types of vehicles proposed, according to the filters which are proposed to you (type of vehicle, etc.). If necessary, the bids are updated by the sellers, in accordance with the auction procedures implemented.
